The Guatemala 710 is a commercial grinder that can grind the entire brew spectrum with pinpoint consistency, whether used in a cafè or a roaster’s lab. The grinder is available in three brewing configurations—the standard with a bag clamp for bulk grinding, which includes a diagonal low retention grounds chute and a powerful spring knocker. It includes the lab configuration with a ground cup & stand—perfect for coffee cuppings and single-cup brewing. Lastly, the filter configuration allows you to attach batch brew baskets to grind directly into for fast coffee service. 

Weighing in at 40lbs, the Guatemala's 71mm flat stainless steel burrs and 1600rpm make quick work of a bag of coffee, being able to grind 800-900g/min. The handy grind guide on the grinder's screen ensures that you know exactly how to grind for the specific task.
