The Mazzer Kold Electronic Coffee Grinder is designed to achieve maximum temperature stability whilst grinding to ensure no heat is transferred to the beans prior to the grinding. Cooler beans means a better grind contributing to a more consistent extraction and ultimately flavour in the cup. Mazzer deliberately used a belt-driven assembly to isolate the heat from the motor away from the grinding burrs and beans. Further cooling within the whole system is possible due to this isolation of the motor and dedicated cooling fans can be utilised for maximum efficiency. 

New to the Mazzer features is the side-mounted grind adjustment dial. Moving away from the collar ring allows the user easy access to cleaning the grinder at the end of the day without losing the grind setting.  With the same 71mm steel conical burrs, used in the Mazzer Robur, the Mazzer Kold can deliver consistently uniform espresso grounds very quickly.  The large 1.5kg hopper keeps you pulling shots for long periods of time in-between refills. The Kold Electronic features an electronic touch pad with a digital shot timer that can program a single or double dose.
