The steel 83mm flat burrs deliver a unimodal grind, which is incredibly precise and uniform. This allows you and your customers to brew more tasty and balanced coffee. These burrs can grind 500g of coffee per minute and are able to remain cool the entire time, thanks to the internal cooling fan.

The cast aluminum grind setting adjuster easily allows you to switch between settings for french press, turkish, and everything in-between. Micro adjustments give you extra precision.

The Compak R8’s bag shaker helps bags of grounds fill properly. An attachable extended chute also allows you to grind into bigger bags or other types of containers.
